Me two summers ago, I was thin but not healthy.  I went through an awful breakup and stopped eating completely.  I remember coming up from the water and thinking about how short of breath I was because I couldn’t continue to treat my body like that.  This was a moment in my life when I realized how little I cared about myself or my body.  My racing went down the tubes and so did my happiness.  Now, almost three years later, I’m happy and healthy and attempting to be in the best shape of my life. 
You’re beautiful.

Don’t ever forget that.
